Is Breathwork Right for You?
While breathwork is safe for most people, it’s an intense practice and may not be suitable for individuals with:
🚫 Cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, or a history of aneurysms
🚫 Severe mental health disorders or seizure disorders
🚫 Pregnancy (without prior approval from a doctor)
🚫 Recent surgeries or injuries that may be affected by deep breathing

Booking & Session Details
Private sessions are conducted via Zoom and last 60 minutes.
You’ll receive a recording of your session to revisit for up to 10 days.
Investment: $250.00
All session times are in Pacific Time (PST).
🔸 Sessions are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session.
