How It Works

Breathwork requires minimal setup but delivers maximum impact.

✔️ Location: Sessions can be done in person or virtually via Zoom.
✔️ Space Needed: A room large enough for employees to lie down comfortably.
✔️ Equipment: Mats or blankets for each participant, a sound system for music. (Eye masks are optional but encouraged for deeper relaxation.)
